Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid engagements with Compute Nodehub Trade Marketing for trade marketing services such as partner toolkit design, in-store activation kits, channel enablement workshops, and trade campaign coordination. Website form submissions do not take payment.

Eligibility

Refunds are considered for fees paid under a signed proposal or invoice. Eligibility depends on how much work has started, whether deposits are marked non-refundable, and whether third-party costs (print samples, venue hire, purchased materials) have already been incurred.

Timeframe to request

Refund requests should be sent in writing to hello@compute-nodehub.digital within 14 days of the invoice payment date, or within 7 days of a workshop date for session-only bookings—whichever applies to your agreement.

Full refunds

A full refund of fees paid may be issued if we cancel the engagement for reasons within our control before substantive work begins, or if a workshop is cancelled by us and no suitable reschedule is agreed.

Partial refunds

If you cancel after kickoff but before final toolkit delivery, we may refund the unused portion of fees after deducting work already performed (research, design hours, drafts) and non-recoverable costs. The deduction is itemised in writing.

Non-refundable items

• Deposits stated as non-refundable in your proposal.
• Third-party print proofs, sampling materials, or venue deposits already purchased on your behalf.
• Completed toolkit files, playbooks, or workshop delivery already provided.
• Rush premiums once production has started.

Work already started

Once concepts, layouts, or partner playbooks are in progress, fees for that stage are due. Unused later stages may be refunded or credited toward a revised scope.

Purchased materials

Physical materials bought for activation kits or workshop workbooks are non-refundable once ordered, unless the supplier credits us; any supplier credit is passed through to you.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Workshops may be rescheduled once without penalty if you give at least 5 business days’ notice. Later changes may incur a rescheduling fee to cover facilitator and venue commitments. Toolkit projects paused for more than 45 days may be closed; remaining prepaid fees for unfinished stages can be refunded under the partial-refund rules above.

No-shows

If attendees do not attend a booked workshop without timely cancellation, the session fee is non-refundable. We may offer a paid rebooking at our discretion.

Refund process and timing

Email hello@compute-nodehub.digital with your invoice number, engagement name, and reason. We confirm receipt within 3 business days and decide within 10 business days. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 14 business days of approval, unless a different method is agreed in writing.
