What Belongs in a Channel Partner Toolkit

Notebook and printed materials on a desk

A channel partner toolkit is not a dump of brand files. Partners need assets they can brief to stores without calling your creative team. Start with a one-page overview: what the campaign is, which SKUs it covers, and the dates partners must respect.

Next, include sell sheets sized for both key-account meetings and traditional-trade visits. Add POS artwork with clear print specs, mounting notes, and a photo of correct placement. If you ship sampling or demo kits, add a pack-out list so logistics does not guess.

Close the pack with a short playbook: who to brief, what success looks like in-store, and how to send proof-of-execution. When partners can open one folder and act, your trade calendar moves faster and with fewer clarification emails.

Talk through your next toolkit or return to insights.
